The Civic LX and Sport come standard with a 158-horsepower 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine. The EX and Touring house a 180-horsepower turbocharged 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine. A continuously variable automatic transmission is standard on the Civic. A six-speed manual transmission is available with the hatchback Sport and Sport Touring trims.
